The C family's Lifestyle Newborn Session - Boston Newborn Photographer

The C family has welcomed another member to the family! To celebrate the arrival of their sweet baby girl, we planned a relaxed lifestyle newborn session at their home. There, we were able to fawn all over their precious baby girl and I was able to document what it feels like to bring home a new baby again for the C family. 

During their session, we focused on portraits in her nursery and in the master bedroom. These spaces were so light and airy, giving me a beautiful spot to work! I just love the C family's home! It's so beautiful and they have so much gorgeous space. This sweet baby girl has an excited big brother who couldn't wait to snuggle and hold her during our session. I absolutely adored how he looks at her - and how proud his parents look, too. Everyone was in awe of their darling little girl! 

Lifestyle sessions are a great option for newborn portraits! There's way less stress and way fewer things to plan out. It's definitely easier than packing up a newborn and coming to a studio! And everyone is just so much more comfortable at home. You've got easy access to a change of clothes, a nursery space to nurse or feed a bottle, you can relax in your own clothes... even go barefoot! I mean, what's better than that?! With big siblings, it also makes transitioning between shots easier because they can go and play or unwind for a little between parts of the session. I absolutely love them! And, who doesn't want portraits of their family in their home? There's something SO special about portraits of you actually in your home!
